4-6 cars were broken into in Ardenwood Forest Apartments last night. The police officer who responded said that there has been an increase in the number of car breakins in the area. In my case and at least one other car owner, nothing was taken, but the passanger door window was smashed and the glove compartment was rifled through. Our "traffic gate" was broken about a week ago by an unidentified black truck, the gate was torn from it's hinges.
